Bedford Cottage

When I decided to build a guest house, I had no idea it would take almost 10 years to complete - but it was worth the wait!

To highlight the trees protecting the cottage, I optimized the space and light by creating a wall of windows that opens and extends to the porch, and a sweet bedroom up in the trees. Green is the prominent design color, along with touches of iron and various shades of warm grey. It is an homage to our main house, but unique in it’s peaceful charm.
